Asif Ali and Fareed Ahmed were sentenced by ICC

Cricket Council (IIC) punished Pakistani hitter Asif Ali and Afghan bowler Farid Ahmed for violating the code of conduct. It ought to be noted that in the match between Pakistan and Afghanistan within the Super Four stage within the Asia Cup, 


Pakistani hitter Asif Ali and Afghan bowler Fareed Ahmed had a repetition. At the top of the match, referee Andy Pyecroft summoned each the players. There was a chance that Asif Ali could also be prohibited from the match, however the ICC has given a call during this regard.

 Both the players had confessed their wrong behavior before the match referee.
